We had the good fortune of connecting with Elizabeth Munoz and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Elizabeth, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of Soulhaven has been choosing to build business from coherence and wholeness instead of pressure and self abandonment. I work with women who are already brilliant and driven, but who feel stuck in the quiet chaos of being a solopreneur or run up business leader, holding everything together on their own. Soulhaven exists to guide them into the Radiant CEO™ archetype, where their business no longer feels like a heavy job, it becomes a clear, living extension of who they really are.

Our work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, neurodivergence awareness, sacred technologies, and modern tools like AI, all grounded in a very human, heart centered way. We blend nervous system science with sacred ritual and ceremony, so women learn not just what to do, but how to feel safe, regulated, and expressed while they do it. We use technology as support, not as a replacement for their voice or intuition, letting AI and systems work for them while they stay deeply connected to their own humanity.

At its core, Soulhaven is a nervous system regulation coaching foundation combined with Sales With Soul™ mentoring. We create clarity of vision, help women articulate their message, design aligned offers, and learn how to magnetize clients they truly love. Then, alongside the coaching, our done for you agency support holds the backend structure, so they can rise into their Radiant CEO role with less overwhelm and more spaciousness.

The single most important factor behind our success is that we honor the whole woman, not just the entrepreneur. When her body, mind, spirit, strategy, and systems come into coherence, she stops hustling for worth and starts leading from her truth. From that place, sales feel cleaner, visibility feels safer, and growth becomes sustainable. Her business rises because she rises, and that is the heart of Soulhaven and the Radiant CEO movement.

What should our readers know about your business?
Soulhaven® is a transformational sanctuary for women who are ready to lead, create, and succeed without force or self-abandonment. My work lives at the intersection of nervous system regulation, embodied leadership, coherence science, and soul-led strategy. What sets Soulhaven apart is that we support women in remembering and integrating their wholeness, rather than pushing themselves into unsustainable models of success.

I’m most proud that this work was born from lived experience. Before founding Soulhaven, I spent over 17 years in sales, including more than a decade in high-performing corporate technology environments. I understood systems, pressure, and results deeply, and from the outside, my career looked successful. Internally, however, my body and intuition were signaling the need for a different way of working and leading. What initially appeared as burnout became an initiation, guiding me toward building success rooted in coherence, embodiment, and truth.

The path to building this business was not easy. I had to release the belief that speed equals success, that worth is earned through effort, and that pushing through discomfort is always the answer. The real challenge, and the real transformation, came from slowing down enough to listen to my nervous system, my body, and my inner guidance, then having the courage to build from that place. I overcame challenges by choosing integration over intensity and presence over pressure.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that when women are supported in safety, rhythm, and self-trust, clarity and momentum emerge naturally. Another lesson is that leadership does not require sacrifice of self. The more regulated, embodied, and coherent a woman becomes, the more effective, visible, and impactful her work tends to be.

What I want the world to know about Soulhaven is that it’s not just a business, it’s a way of leading and living that honors the whole woman, body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit. My story, and the story of this work, is ultimately about reclamation and remembrance, recognizing that success and wholeness were never meant to be separate, and that when women feel safe to be fully themselves, what they create becomes sustainable, meaningful, and alive.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting Cave Creek for a week, I’d want them to experience the rhythm, beauty, and soul of the desert, not just the sights, but the feeling of being here.

Day 1, Arrival + Grounding
We’d start slow. Sunset drinks and dinner at El Encanto or Tonto Bar & Grill, somewhere you can watch the desert sky change colors and immediately feel the pace soften. Cave Creek sunsets are an initiation all their own.

Day 2, Nature + Desert Magic
Morning coffee at Local Jonny’s or Cartel Roasting Co., then a hike through Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area, one of my favorite places to feel connected to the land. In the afternoon, we’d wander through the shops in Cave Creek, art galleries, local boutiques, and hidden gems that make the town feel alive and eclectic. Dinner at Bizarre Pizza or Harold’s Cave Creek Corral for live music and a true local vibe.

Day 3, Scottsdale Energy + Beauty
We’d head into Old Town Scottsdale, lunch at The Mission or FnB, then explore galleries, spas, and design shops. If they’re into wellness, a spa afternoon at Civana or a peaceful soak somewhere restorative. Evening cocktails at AZ88 or Outrider Rooftop Lounge for a little sparkle and people-watching.

Day 4, Slow Morning + Western Soul
Late breakfast or brunch at The Horny Toad, then horseback riding or simply driving the scenic back roads around Cave Creek and Carefree. I love how this area still feels rooted in the Old West while being creatively alive. That night, we’d catch live music again or sit under the stars, no agenda needed.

Day 5, Sedona Day Trip
A full day in Sedona, hiking Cathedral Rock or Bell Rock, visiting the Chapel of the Holy Cross, and wandering through Tlaquepaque. It’s one of those places where nature does the talking, grounding and expansive at the same time. Dinner back home or something cozy and quiet.

Day 6, Community + Creativity
We’d explore local markets, community events, or art shows if they’re happening, Cave Creek always has something soulful going on. Lunch at The Hideaway or Big Earl’s Greasy Eats, then an afternoon of rest, journaling, or just being. Evening fire pit conversations, desert silence, and stars.

Day 7, Integration + Farewell
A slow morning, coffee on the patio, maybe a short walk or gentle hike, then brunch before departure. The goal would be for them to leave feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply nourished.

For me, Cave Creek is about balance, wild nature and community, stillness and creativity, grounded living with space to dream. The most exciting part isn’t just the places, it’s the people, artists, musicians, healers, entrepreneurs, and locals who bring heart and authenticity to everything they do. That’s the real magic of this area.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’ve come to understand that no woman rises alone, and so much of who I am today has been shaped by the people and institutions that helped me reconnect to my inner intelligence, my body, and my voice.

I want to begin by acknowledging the HeartMath Institute, whose research and tools around heart–brain coherence were truly pivotal in my personal healing and professional evolution. Their work helped me understand that regulation, emotional mastery, and embodied awareness are not just wellness practices, but foundational to sustainable leadership and success.

I’m also deeply grateful to Vishen Lakhiani and the Mindvalley community, particularly the 6-Phase Meditation, which supported me during a powerful period of integration and inner alignment. That framework reinforced the importance of leading from coherence, intention, and service.

More recently, Eric Edmeades and Speaker Nation played a meaningful role in helping me fully claim my voice. That work supported my confidence in expressing my message publicly, not from performance or pressure, but from embodiment and truth.

Each of these influences supported a different chapter of my journey, reminding me that growth happens in layers, through science and spirituality, structure and expression, support and self-trust. I now carry those lessons forward in my work, creating spaces where women feel safe to remember who they are and lead from wholeness.
