We had the good fortune of connecting with Everardo & Nicole Keeme and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Everardo & Nicole, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Like many couples these days, we met online and both of our dating profiles included golf as a favorite pastime, so naturally our our second date was playing a round of golf. Since then we have enjoyed the game as a couple and found this to be the par-fect way to enjoy quality time together.

We created “Mr and Mrs Golf” to grow the couples’ golf community. Our mission is to give couples the confidence to get out on the course and grow their own relationship by enjoying the game of golf together.

As Mr & Mrs Golf, we love growing our circle of golf family and enjoy finding ways to have fun on and off the golf course. We love supporting local businesses and encourage others to do so as well, plus it’s something we get to do together!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
We are a couple passionate about golf, travel, and adventure, we believe that life is best experienced together. Early on, we connected over The Five Love Languages and discovered that Quality Time was the foundation of our relationship. As we spent more time together—especially on the golf course—we realized that being active and sharing experiences strengthened our bond. For us, golf is more than just a game; it’s a way to grow closer, create lasting memories, and explore the world one fairway at a time.

We also know that many couples want to get their partner interested in golf but aren’t sure where to start. That’s why we created Mr. & Mrs. Golf—hosting events and experiences designed to help couples enjoy golf together, both on and off the course. Our mission is to make golf a fun, engaging, and relationship-building experience for couples everywhere.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

Our first date was a golf date at the iconic Short Course at Mountain Shadows (https://mrmrs.golf/our-first-date-was-a-golf-date/) and to this day is still one of our favorites. It’s a stunning backdrop, a great time for beginners and advanced players, Rusty’s is great for some pre or post round refreshments.

We got married at McCormick Ranch Golf Club (https://mrmrs.golf/mr-mrs-golf-just-married/) so that’s obviously another favorite of ours. We also highly recommend Grass Clippings Rolling Hills for day and nighttime golf, Papago Golf Club, and Bellair Golf Park. All of those places have great golf, food, and drinks!

As Mr & Mrs Golf we love growing our circle of golf family and enjoy finding ways to have fun on and off the golf course. We both are a part of locally owned, family businesses, so we naturally love supporting local businesses.

Other local places we enjoy are Zion Golf Club where we host our Par-Tee Social (https://mrmrs.golf/mr-mrs-golf-par-tee-social-and-shopping-night/), PuttingWorld for indoor fun, food, and drinks, and Trevor’s is a great place to get food and drink and some locations even have indoor Trackman simulators!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The weekend following our wedding, we played in our first tournament officially as Mr & Mrs. The tournament was the Babes Golf BYOMB “Bring Your Own Man Babe” (https://www.babesgolf.org) We had such a great welcome from all the babes and this is where the idea of Mr & Mrs Golf was born, so in a way, we owe it all to Alex Anderson and Babes Golf!
