Meet Farrah LaRaé | Founder & CEO of The Elite Society

We had the good fortune of connecting with Farrah LaRaé and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Farrah, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
The Elite Society is a community developed to teach women in business how to succeed by offering courses, networking groups, scholarship and grant opportunities, and more. Our mission is to help as many women as possible achieve their dream of owning their own business.

What should our readers know about your business?
My name is Farrah LaRaé, I’m a mom, serial entrepreneur, business coach, author, 2x’s podcast host, and more. I am the founder of The Elite Society and I am deeply passionate about inspiring women to chase their dreams and be unapologetic about the goals they want to achieve.

I am currently hosting “The Elite Society Women In Business Meet-Up,” a 12-city tour that features brunch, networking, panels, gifts, and more. This tour aims to bring like-minded women into the same room to be empowered through business tips, work-life balance, creating generational wealth, etc.

The event is a fundraiser; all proceeds go directly to The Elite Society Scholarship and Grant to help provide resources to women entrepreneurs.

We have had the pleasure of working with phenomenal women in business as panelists including Kristinia Debarge: Double Platinum recording artist & Beauty Brand Owner, Meghan Fialkoff — Co-founder of The Modern Day Wife, and Anje Collins who is a retired publicist with over 30 years of experience working with clients such as Pink, Outkast, Usher, Linkin Park and more. We’ll also be joined by Caroline Baudio and Mila Thomas who is the makeup artist for stars like Nicki Minaj, Ava DuVarnay, Issa Rae, En Vogue, Cardi B, Brandy Norwood, Missy Elliot, Megan Trainer, Keyshia Cole, and more.

Our mission is to help as many women as possible achieve their dream of having their own businesses. The Women In Business Meet-Ups are designed to allocate all profits from ticket sales to women who are preparing to start their businesses. Through our scholarship fund, women will be able to successfully complete our online program at The Elite Society University, giving them the tools necessary to jumpstart their new businesses and refine those who have already begun.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Arizona has so many hidden gems and the people here are a treasure trove all their own. Some of the places I love to spend time are the rooftop in downtown Tempe, the shops in Old Scottsdale, definitely the Scottsdale Fashion Square, and some of the adorable shops and eateries in downtown Tempe near the college. There is also a place not too far from ASU called Tempe Marketplace that has great food, great shopping, and a great atmosphere.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I definitely could not do what I do without the trust and support of the women who allow me to teach, coach, and lead them every day. It means the world to have the stamp of approval from the individuals you work so hard to impact.
