Meet Fernanda Carvalho | Herbalist, Aromatherapist, agroforestry designer and CEO of Lokelani Essentials

We had the good fortune of connecting with Fernanda Carvalho and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Fernanda, how does your business help the community?
We grow all of our Lokelani Roses organically and sustainably alongside many other herbs and trees. Which allows us crafting all our products with a homemade touch and love. Products from Mother Nature on your skin. We also donate 2%of our profits to some agroforestry projects in Brasil in order to restore the forests.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Lokelani Essentials creates beauty, and holistically balancing herbal products around the Lokelani Rose, along with many other locally grown and harvested medicinal herbs and flower essences that work in harmony to bring beauty and health through the nature of these plants and blends.
The Lokelani Rose which is the Damascus rose, naturalized in Maui, Hawaii, is the cornerstone for our products. The pure Lokelani Rose oil is included in almost all of our products as it has extraordinary healing and balancing characteristics.
Fernanda Carvalho is the Founder, Alchemist, and Visionary behind Lokelani Essentials. She created this company after years of self study, integrated herbalism, studying the Astro-astrology of plant cultivation, numerology, and the desire to bring a more holistic model to the beauty industry while combining her desire to bring perfect health to all People.
The flower forests we are designing, are full of the many plants we use, plus others, in the creation of our products. Our goal is to create a more harmonious model of perennial harvesting, and capturing the abundant reality of Nature as these forests grow in their maturity and vitality.
With Aloha
