Hi Ivonne, what’s the most difficult decision you’ve ever had to make?
Definitely leave my family and friends, come to live in a place where I had no one, where I had to start from scratch, come to follow a dream without knowing where to start, without knowing the language, directions and without having anyone To help me

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
It is never easy to do something new, something unknown, there are always challenges, there are always obstacles, and there is a moment when you want to give up, throw everything away and continue with a “normal” life, but my life has never been normal, I have never been satisfied, and I found a perfect partner to achieve everything we set out to do. It’s not easy, but it’s not impossible either. The important thing is to remember why you started everything, and not give up

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My favorite place for a good dinner with family or friends is definitely “let’s taco bout us” It’s not just a food trailer, they have a very varied menu, and the best homemade Mexican food!
On rest days we love to go enjoy the weather in Sedona, climb a mountain and watch the sunset.
