We had the good fortune of connecting with Jada June Totten and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jada June, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was to create a brand that speaks to my peers. The western industry is unique and my goal is to create good quality clothes that can be either worn while you’re out with the horses or when you’re in town.  There are many products our industry still lacks and I’m working on bringing those to my brand so my customers can benefit from them while competing, riding, dressing up or just hanging out. 

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets me apart from others is I get to do what I love 24/7. While taking my followers with me as I get to show them my everyday life of tik tok and Instagram. With this I get to work and travel, as I am in college rodeoing. My brand Rodeo Trippin is definitely all about creativity, we are always discussing new designs. As it is the perfect way for me to show people my style and way of life. Being on the road traveling with both my parents gives me lots of opportunities to experience life and learn about the path I have chosen to take.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Personally, I’m not the vacation type. I would rather take a traveling buddy down the road with me and go to a lot of rodeos. Meaning we would be traveling the country and staying in one area for a couple days at a time.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
A big part of why I am where I am today are all because of my parents. They do so much for me they always go above and beyond. My mom (Jen Totten) has walked me through every step of life especially with the business aspect of things. My dad (Jim Totten) has spent countless hours on the road with me driving me rodeo to rodeo to fulfill my rodeo dreams. I can’t say thank you enough to them.

With this hectic life we always make sure to never loose sight of our relationship with Jesus. With him he will lead you down all the right paths.
