Hi Jasmine, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Habits that have helped me succeed are planning ahead, creating a schedule for my day, and eliminating procrastination. Other habits that contribute to being successful include: -Taking notes. Write it down and don’t just rely on your brain to remember everything.
-Be a good listener.
-Plan B or Plan C can sometimes be better then Plan A……so basically, always have at least 3 different plans.
-Try new things, meet new people & make new goals.
-Pray….pray everyday….pray throughout the day…..always pray!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
The real estate industry is not just about dressing up nice to meet with clients and show beautiful homes. Don’t get me wrong, I definitely enjoy that part. However, I’m also the type of agent that will be on a new construction site with a hard hat on because a client decided to purchase land to build their home from the ground up. Or I might be helping a first time home buyer that is purchasing their dream home for their family. You may also find me at a distressed property because an investor is interested in a remodel situation. The key is, I am available to help clients at any level for their specific real estate needs.

Each real estate transaction is a unique opportunity to assist someone looking to purchase, sale, or lease a property. Within my first 3 years of being a real estate agent, I was recognized by Apple News as a Top 10 Female Real Estate Agent in Arizona for 2023 and featured in the PHOENIX Magazine’s Top 50 Real Estate Agents for 2023. I am honored by both of these professional recognitions because they are mainly based on the quality of service you provide your clients and their testimonials of working with you. There are many high producing real estate agents in the industry, but there are also the “chosen ones” that go above & beyond for ALL of their clients and in every transaction to ensure the best outcome.

Being a successful real estate agent takes time, dedication, and an understanding of the industry/real estate market. This career can be done as a one-person show, but for me I have found more success when working with a team. I think it’s significant in the beginning of your real estate career to have a mentor. The mentor’s career should demonstrate the type of career you desire for yourself. You can get positive results by surrounding yourself with individuals or organizations that are examples of the type of success you want to achieve in your own career.

When it comes to my real estate business, providing a personalized, top quality experience for each client is what I want to be known for. I’m a one-of-a-kind agent, which simply means there is no one that will do the same thing I do exactly the same way I can. Expect top tier service from this top agent. My motto and mission is to help others “Make their NEXT move their BEST move.”

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
There are so many spots in the Phoenix and surrounding cities that are great places to eat, hang out or have a great time. I’m a foodie and love dining at steakhouses and seafood restaurants. A few of my favorites that have excellent food, superb service, and an upscale environment are:

Ocean 44
Steak 44
Buck and Rider
Elements restaurant

Arizona also has a lot of nice resorts with great spas and amenities. A few of my favorites are The Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort, Arizona Biltmore, and The Phoenician. If you enjoy shopping, there are several inside and outside shopping centers to choose from depending on what side of town you are on. When thinking of a major tourist attraction and life changing moment, visiting the Grand Canyon is a must! If you’re into nature and enjoy being outside, all you have to do is step outside, enjoy the scenery, sunshine, and warm weather.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I thank God for every opportunity that I’ve been given to make a positive impact professionally and personally. I truly believe that divine timing is essential and what’s meant to be will unfold just the way it should. However, my overall journey isn’t complete without acknowledging that I’ve had great mentors, supporters, encouragers, and others that have inspired me to be my best in all that I set my mind to do. With my real estate career, I am nothing without my clients. At the end of those real estate transactions, most of my clients have become new friends or close associates.

As of recently, I became a new mom of twins. They are now my greatest inspiration. I want them to know that their mom’s story is one of hard work, dedication, struggle, triumph, and being a representation that all things are possible if you believe and DO YOUR PART!
