We had the good fortune of connecting with Jennifer Innocenti and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jennifer, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
Integrity matters most to me. It’s important people feel they can trust me as well as my company. Building connections and relationships is what Epic is all about!
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Epic was started by my late husband Brett. He always believed in building relationships with integrity. I believe this is what sets us apart from other companies. Our attention to detail and care for customers really shines through. It has not been an easy road since the death of Brett. I am grateful to family and employees who stepped up to keep things running smoothly. We would not be where we are today without them!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I live in San Diego now where there is an unending amount of activities! In Phoenix I enjoy hiking, the lakes, yoga, farmers markets, and exploring new restaurants and local shops!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are so many people who supported me after the loss of my husband Brett who was the original owner and creator of Epic Carpet and Tile Care. I want to thank our many loyal customers who continue to support us. My two technicians also stepped up and took the lead. Gabe has been our longest (and first) employee! Epic would not survive without Gabe’s hard work, dedication, and integrity. My sister Wendy runs the show! Epic would not be where it is today without her multitasking skills, dedication, and love. Thank you!
