We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeremy Grace and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jeremy, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I grew up in Grants Pass, Oregon surrounded by nature and animals. I am the youngest of 3, but separated by 10 years from my siblings. My parents divorced when I was very young and my brother and sister lived in Alaska most of the time with my father. There weren’t any other kids in our neighborhood vicinity so I would entertain myself by playing with the chickens and sheep and exploring around the farm.

My only friends were an elderly couple that lived in the retirement community adjacent to our property. I would visit them almost daily and help them with their garden and just hang out, soaking up their life wisdoms.
They were always so kind and welcoming and although I was merely a child of 7 or 8 at the time, they treated me like an adult and I felt very respected and mature being in their presence. They always told me that I was wise beyond my years and I cherished that.

More than anything in my youth, I cultivated a deep love for nature and an appreciation for solitude. Being alone, I was able to develop my own parameters for self-happiness and what was fulfilling for me. I feel that my upbringing helped me cultivate a heightened emotional sensitivity and a tenderness for loneliness. It gave me a passion for helping others fortify their own inner-balance and connect with their true authentic core.

For 20 years, I leveraged these skills to enrich my holistic spa and yoga practice, and to encourage others to embrace calm thru the chaos. Now I delight in providing exceptional personalized care in helping my clients find the perfect dream home, so they can create their perfectly dreamy lives.

What should our readers know about your business?
As a Realtor I am honored to be a part of the Higher Living Team powered by eXp. I think working with an awesome mentor and a stellar team accelerates personal growth and also allows us to collectively provide a heightened quality of service. We’re located in the Watermark building in Tempe and provide our clients with a luxurious, cozy atmosphere and fun amenities like kombucha and nitro-brew on tap. Elevated client satisfaction is our mantra.

Personally, after performing treatments in spa environments for over 20 years, I like to offer my clients a calming and soothing experience. Real estate transactions can be stressful, but I’m here, equipped with team support, to ensure buying or selling a home is not only effortless, but also enjoyable, It’s one of the most exciting and impactful events of life and it should be fun!

What I’ve learned running my own spa practice is that love is truly in the details. I care about my clients happiness and am passionate about helping them find the perfect piece of earth to create their extraordinary lives upon.

As a yoga instructor, I offer private sessions and also teach on Monday nights at 6:30 at EoS in Queen Creek. It’s a deeply restorative and meditative Yin Yoga/Yoga Nidra combo class that sets a wonderful tone for the week. Come see me!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Phoenix has so many incredible sights and unique features! I love to tour family and friends around when they come to visit and share the most magical spots. Here’s my perfect curated itinerary:

Day 1

Sky Harbor pick up followed by the quintessential Royal Palms Resort and Spa. We have a lovely lunch at T. Cook’s and then indulge in luxurious massages at the spa. Afterwards, we head downtown for a cocktail at the enchanting Rose Garden, a stroll around town followed by dinner at the exquisitely vibey Wren and Wolf.

Day 2

Start the day with a delicious farm-fresh breakfast at Schnepf Farms in Queen Creek, enjoy browsing the vegetable and flower gardens, find a shady spot to enjoy yummy baked goods.

Take in the breathtaking scenery of The Boyce Thompson Arboretum. Walk the loop, gawk at all the gorgeousness. This place is so special and gives you that desert mystique.

After working up an appetite, we head to the Queen Creek Olive Mill for the most dynamite bruschetta and pasta, and plentiful craft olive oil and vinegar sampling. We chill in the misty olive groves and listen to live music, sipping sangria to our heart’s content.

Day 3

You didn’t really see Arizona unless you see a ghost town! So we visit Goldfield Ghost Town and step into the 1890’s for a minute. Siphon Draw Apothecary is the first stop-stocking up on wild-harvested botanical goods. Grab a snack at the Mammoth Steak house and Saloon and a prickly pear lemonade to go.

The Lost Dutchman State Park is right across the way–the perfect picturesque spot to sip on that lemonade and admire the Superstition Mountains.

Then we head out to Canyon Lake for a picnic and a dip. Hang out for a while, enjoy the scenery.

The perfect dinner spot to end the day is High Tide at the Steelyard in Chandler. Fresh oysters, seafood towers, you name it. The handmade deserts are also amazing.

Day 4

Breakfast at Biscuits Cafe–another Phoenix essential!

Spend a few hours walking the Desert Botanical Garden, soaking up those dreamy Sonoran Desert landscapes.
Sit down for a lovely sustainable lunch at Gertrudes.

Visit Cosanti Originals and admire the stunning architecture and hand-crafted bronze windbells.

Dinner, drinks and good times at Puttshack in Scottsdale.

Day 5

I think its time for a chill day! Let’s just hang out at the pool and munch on charcuterie all day.
After a day like that, nothing sounds better than Pita Jungle Chandler for a delicious Mediterranean inspired feast.

Day 6

Gotta get some shopping in! Old Town Scottsdale Fifth Avenue District is the perfect spot to walk and shop thru plentiful jewelry and clothing boutiques, and beautiful Native arts.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I dedicate my shoutout to my beloved grandfather Paul. He had a big beautiful white beard, sparkly blue eyes and was the kindest, most genuine gentleman you could know. Everyone adored him and knew him by name everywhere we went. I felt so proud to be in his company. He was fun, light-hearted, free-flowing and loved his family dearly. I’m so grateful for his influence in my early years and I try to exude his unique energy every day.
