We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica Kron and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jessica, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my business is relationships. I truly believe everything starts with trust and communication and showing up, being transparent, and doing what you say you’re going to do. My business is 100% referral-based, and I don’t take that lightly. I’m genuinely honored that my clients and partners have enough faith in me and my team to put our names forward to people they care about. That kind of trust isn’t something you can buy; it’s earned over time. I’ve always focused on building long-term relationships rather than chasing short-term wins, and that mindset has been the foundation of my business.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My career has been built on hard work, dedication, and a strong belief in the people around me. What sets me apart is my commitment to trust—trust in my partners, my team, and the process we’ve built together. I’ve learned early on that constant, clear communication and solution-based thinking are essential, especially in an industry where challenges are inevitable.
Getting to where I am today was not easy. There were moments that required long hours, tough decisions, and learning through experience rather than shortcuts. I overcame those challenges by staying focused, asking questions, leaning on my team, and always looking for solutions instead of obstacles. Every challenge became an opportunity to improve, adapt, and grow.
What I’m most proud of is the reputation we’ve built—one rooted in trust, consistency, and results. I’m excited about continuing to grow alongside my partners and team while maintaining the same values that got me here. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success is never achieved alone; it’s built through relationships, communication, and a willingness to do the work.
What I want the world to know about me and team is that we lead with integrity, work relentlessly for the people who trust us, and always focus on finding solutions. That mindset has shaped my story and continues to guide everything I do.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I definitely wouldn’t be where I am without the people around me. First and foremost, my family deserves so much credit. Their constant support, encouragement, and belief in me has been the foundation that allows me to show up fully every day. I also want to shout out my agent partners, who trust me, collaborate with me, and consistently support my business. And of course, my returning clients mean everything to me. The fact that they come back and continue to put their trust in me is something I never take for granted. All of these relationships have played a huge role in my journey, and I’m incredibly grateful for each of them.
