We had the good fortune of connecting with Juliana Chiovitti and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Juliana, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I’m from Sutton, West, Ontario, Canada, a small town 1hr North of Toronto, Canada. I grew up on a karting track (3-S Go-Karts) surrounded by a bumper boat pool, tennis courts, arcade and mini-golf. I’m proud to say I was raised with two older Italian brothers who are athletic, because they pushed me to be better at everything, whether it was soccer, or kart racing.
Ultimately, I followed my brothers into kart racing, and eventually surpassed them in wins, and championships.
Being raised with brothers, and challenged in every aspect of our upbringing (school, sports, etc), has lead me to up a strong and independent woman which I’m incredibly proud of today.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

Like all business owners, I faced challenges along the way, whether it was financial, employee growth and client expectations. It’s in my opinion, that every business owner should have one or a few mentors who they can turn to, to seek out advice and be a sounding board for when challenges arise. It’s also important to remind yourself as a person or essentially individual that you’re not the first to experience challenges in business or life.
Being a good listener, being open-minded and experience is key in solving most challenges in business and life.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If a friend was visiting me in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, I’d take them to the CN Towner, the Canadian side of Niagara Falls because it’s the best (lol) and to my families kart track in Sutton, because my mother cooks the best lasagne and driving go-karts is always fun.
If a friend was visiting me in Montreal, Canada, I’d take them to the Old Port because of its cuisine, atmosphere and architecture.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’m forever grateful to my parents (Lynda & Enzo Chiovitti) for supporting my athleticism and educational standards while growing up. I’m also internally grateful for my brothers who taught me a lot about self respect as a young girl.
As a business owner and woman today, I appreciate my Business Partner and co-Producer, Erik de Pokomandy who believes in the vision of AutomotiveWoman.
