We had the good fortune of connecting with Kelsey Vendetti and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kelsey, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Perseverance – I’ve always found a way to get through challenges despite the difficulty.

What should our readers know about your business?
CB Investments is a private real estate investment company best recognized for its growing portfolio of single-family, multifamily, and commercial properties. Our investment philosophy is rooted in the fundamentals of management, ownership, and asset preservation. CB Investments provides first-class service to both its shareholders and customers. CB is actively acquiring income-bearing rental properties in the Southwest and Rocky Mountain Regions.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love Phoenix – everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There is a buzz to the city that is unique to PHX.

Depending on the time of year, there is so much to do. My favorite outdoor attractions include Hiking, Papago Park, Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo, Japanese Friendship Garden, Downtown, and exploring nearby towns. My favorite indoor activities include Top Golf (sort of inside), Cart Racing, Indoor Skydiving, Shopping, and any of the various Museums and Art Galleries.

Favorite restaurants include The Neighborly Public House, Fire At Will, and Belly Kitchen and Bar. Honestly, the PHX food scene is legit! There is good food in every part of the city. Indulge and enjoy!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
All of the mentors I’ve had throughout the years – too many to name. I’ve always learned from people who are actually doing the things I’m trying to do. I’ve found that if you ask questions most people are more then willing to help you and/or point you in the right direction. This is true with both professional and personal experiences.
