We had the good fortune of connecting with Kiera Scaife and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kiera, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The thought process behind starting my business has been freedom. I never imagined myself being an entrepreneur . However, the idea of creating someone else’s reality while having the bare minimum to create my own is no longer satisfying to my soul. So I have taken a leap of faith.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am currently working in corporate as a billing/auditing analyst. Overall, I love my career because I love helping others and giving back. My job requires a great amount of attention to detail. I have gone back to school several times to get me wherever I am today. It has not been easy as I was a teen mother. I have never used that as an excuse or crutch. It honestly motivated me to do more. I have learned so many lessons throughout my journey in life. I needed those lessons as hard as they were they’ve helped me become a better person overall. I created my brand to buy back my time but I also want to give back and invest into others. This brand is truly way bigger than me. I’m just a piece of the puzzle God has this all laid out. Perfecktionz is just the start to how I am going to fulfill my purpose here on earth. I want women to know your perfect the way you are. You don’t have to do more.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was coming into town we would definitely go to a really good brunch like sugar jam or hash kitchen. If its warm we would find a hotel to purchase a day pass at to swim and drink. Hiking definitely on the menu. On a Sunday funday do day party most likely loyalty lounge.On a Wednesday we can check out poetic soul. Definitely do dinner la crab shack and maybe an upscale restaurant. At night can ride scooters in Tempe town lake or Scottsdale.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to recognize a few other entrepreneurs who have shared so many gems with me. Kbbodysculpting she has dropped so many gems and words of encouragement in launching my business.
