Meet Krystina Sloan | Women’s Sexuality and Cycles Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Krystina Sloan and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Krystina, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
Most people assume sex coaching is all about sex or being provocative, but that’s not really the heart of it. Working with a sex coach doesn’t mean you need to flaunt your sexuality. Often, it’s more about reconnecting with your joy, your pleasure, and the parts of you that feel radiant and alive. When you feel turned on by your own life—not just sexually, but creatively and emotionally—you become magnetic and naturally stand in your power and worth.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’m a Women’s Sexuality and Cycles coach, and my work is all about helping women reconnect with their joy, pleasure, and radiance. A lot of people hear “sex coach” and assume it’s purely sexual or provocative—but the heart of my work is really about joy, and learning how to love being a woman. The way we experience our own bodies and sexuality is often an indicator of how we experience everything else in life. When we address our sexuality and pleasure, it elevates everything.
What sets you apart from others, and what are you most proud of or excited about?
What sets me apart is that I create spaces that are both playful and deeply healing, where women get to shed shame, explore their sensuality, and remember the magic of who they really are. I’ve trained extensively in somatic healing and the VITA™ Method, but I also bring humor, ritual, and beauty into my coaching and workshops. It’s not about being “perfect” or “performing”—it’s about being real, messy, sexy, silly, sacred—all of it.
I’m most excited about expanding into workshops where women get to learn about the Female Life Cycle and Womens Sexuality and practice feeling safe, free, and playful in their sensual expression. These are spaces where laughter and healing happen side by side. I believe that joy itself is revolutionary, and creating spaces for women to experience that lights me up.
How did you get to where you are today business-wise? Was it easy?
It definitely wasn’t easy. My path started with my own burnout and a deep disconnection from my body. Through sexual energy practices, I discovered how to restore my vitality and come back to life in every sense. That personal transformation gave me both the calling and the courage to do this work.
The business side hasn’t been simple either—it’s taken persistence, creativity, and a lot of trust to build something that feels aligned with my values. Every step of the way has required me to embody what I teach: listening to my body, following pleasure instead of pressure, and letting my intuition guide me forward.
What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way?
I have learned that being a woman is exquisite. That most of us do not understand the joy and pleasure available to us, and that it isn’t selfish to feel better. It benefits everyone around us when we are happier and are giving from a full cup.
I have also learned that when I try to push and force my business, I burn out. When I come back to joy, beauty, and softness, everything flows more easily.
I’ve learned that vulnerability is strength. My most powerful connections with clients happen when I show up fully as myself, not hiding the messy parts. That authenticity creates the safety for others to do the same.
What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I want people to know that Feminine and Thriving© is about so much more than sex—it’s about being alive. My brand is rooted in the belief that women’s pleasure and power are sacred, and that reclaiming them changes everything.
My story is one of rebirth. I went from burnout and self-doubt to creating a life where I feel radiant, sensual, and in love with being me. And now I help other women do the same. This isn’t just my business—it’s my devotion.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My best friend actually just visited, and the week was full of connection, nervous system regulation, and of course some adventure! We cuddled with my pups constantly, and started each morning with a walk to the dog park, socializing with all of the other regulars. I created a spa-like oasis at home — and we spent time at the pool nearly every day. My very favorite activity was paddle boarding down the Salt River under the full moon. Seeing the wild mustangs felt magical. We sat under the misters at the Bistro by the hummingbird garden to sip coffee and work, went to the San Tan Regional Park for a desert nature walk so that she could see the saguaro’s. We made lunch and dinner at home most days with groceries from Trader Joes. I put fresh flowers in every room of the house and we drank tea or cacao every day. At one point we turned on music, shook it all off, and practiced fully embodying our joy. When her period came early, I encouraged her to rest and let me take care of the cooking and clean-up. She needed new headshots, so I got to do her hair and make up and took some pictures out by the river while our paddle boards inflated. The whole week wove together ritual, laughter, movement, rest, and connection — the perfect recipe for resetting our nervous systems and remembering who we are, and the women we are becoming.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate this shoutout to my dear friend Morgan. She has been with me in the moments I’ve doubted myself—when I’ve felt messy, scared, or unsure—and she’s reminded me of who I am, over and over again. She encourages me to celebrate my growth, especially when I feel like I’m failing.
Morgan, thank you for reflecting back the beauty you see in me, and for letting me pour into you as well. Our friendship feels like a mirror that shows me both where I’ve been and who I’m becoming. I’m endlessly grateful for you.
