We had the good fortune of connecting with Laurie Mendoza and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Laurie, we’d love to hear more about your end-goal, professionally.
I’m not sure there is an “end” goal for Impresa, because we will continue to strive toward growth for as long as we can. I hope to build this business into something that can be passed down for generations. I see us having a long term and nationwide impression on the real estate market… and to build something like that takes time! However, for me personally, my end goal would be to retire comfortably knowing that I’ve equipped my daughter to run the business successfully and with little help. I’d love to sit on the board of directors for Impresa and oversee large projects from a bird’s eye view.. or from my computer while I’m traveling the world!

What should our readers know about your business?
Impresa Real Estate is a boutique style real estate brokerage built on relationships and hospitality. We aim to provide a white glove experience for all of our clients. Impresa serves everyone from first-time home buyers, to million dollar sellers, to investors, retirees, and more… and we believe each client deserves the same level of service. Our core values of inclusiveness, diversity and communication separate us from the competition. We protect our clients as we represent them through one of the largest assets they’ll ever own. Above all else, we want our clients to know that no matter where they came from, no matter who they are, or what their financial position is, we will do everything we can to exceed their expectations of the home buying and selling process, because EVERYONE deserves to Love Where They Live.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My heart is near my home in the West Valley. As a Verrado resident, I’d have to say that one of my favorite spots to take our friends and family is to our favorite family owned restaurant called Tempo! They have the best food, a great environment and even better people!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to Marti Bilardi. She’s one of my greatest mentors, and ultimately she was the one who pushed me to start my own brokerage after working for the same firm for 15 years.
