We had the good fortune of connecting with Leigh Hendrickson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Leigh, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting All the LoveLeigh Details was truly a labor of love and a culmination of several factors that came together. First and foremost, my passion for weddings and events has always been a driving force. I’ve always believed that the details are what make an event truly memorable, and I wanted to channel that passion into something tangible.

Secondly, I recognized a need in the market. In the Phoenix area, I saw a growing trend of couples who were seeking a simple solution to a stressful area of their wedding planning. I saw so many couples either spending thousands of dollars on a custom wedding suite of signage and details and having no use for any of it in the end. Or I saw couples in tears that they didn’t have room in their spending plan to afford beautiful signage. They wanted and deserved to have their weddings reflect their personalities and love stories, and they were searching for vendors who could bring those visions to life. This presented an exciting opportunity to fill that gap and offer a service that catered to these desires and all spending plans.

Another important aspect was my desire for creativity and autonomy. I wanted to build a business where I could have the freedom to innovate, create, and collaborate closely with couples to design one-of-a-kind wedding details. Being an entrepreneur has allowed me to bring my creative visions to life and share them with others.

Lastly, I was motivated by the joy that comes from helping couples create their dream weddings. There’s something incredibly rewarding about being a part of someone’s special day and knowing that the details we provide contribute to their happiness. It’s that joy and the positive feedback from our clients that continually fuels my passion for this business.

In essence, my thought process behind starting All the LoveLeigh Details was driven by a deep love for weddings, a desire to meet the evolving needs of couples in the Phoenix area, a craving for creative freedom, and the immense joy that comes from being a part of beautiful love stories.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My career journey leading to the creation of All the LoveLeigh Details has been an incredible adventure filled with learning, growth, and the pursuit of a true passion. What sets us apart is our commitment to making day of wedding signage and details rental packages accessible for all couples in every spending plan. We provide couples with all the items they need for their special day as well as personalized wedding details that reflect the unique love stories of our couples. We believe that it’s the little things that make a big difference, and our commitment to creativity, quality, and client satisfaction has been at the core of our success.

Getting to where I am today professionally was certainly not without its challenges. Like any entrepreneurial endeavor, it had its share of ups and downs. One of the biggest challenges was establishing a foothold in a competitive industry. Building a brand and gaining the trust of clients required time, effort, and a lot of persistence.

Overcoming these challenges involved a combination of factors. First and foremost, it was about staying true to our vision and not compromising on quality or creativity. We also placed a strong emphasis on building genuine relationships with our clients. Listening to their dreams and collaborating closely with them allowed us to exceed their expectations.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is the power of adaptability. The wedding industry is ever-evolving, and being open to change, trends, and new technologies has been crucial. Additionally, the ability to learn from mistakes and view them as opportunities for growth has been essential.

All the LoveLeigh Details is more than just a business; it’s a manifestation of my passion for creativity and love for helping couples create their dream weddings. Our brand is built on authenticity, innovation, and a deep commitment to making every wedding detail special and meaningful.

What I want the world to know about us is that we’re not just a wedding detail company; we’re memory makers. We’re here to celebrate love stories, create unforgettable moments, and add that touch of magic that makes each wedding unique. Every detail we design is a piece of art, crafted with love and personalized for each couple. We’re excited to continue this journey, creating beautiful weddings, one detail at a time.
