Meet Leo McFee | Crystal Healer and Teacher

We had the good fortune of connecting with Leo McFee and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Leo, how do you think about risk?
I have found that my willingness to take risks has been crucial in terms of my personal growth and my professional life. My interest in the Healing Arts began when I moved to New York in my mid-20s to become a radio disk jockey. I grew up in rural California and chose to leave three jobs, and everything I knew to pursue my dream of living and working in New York City. This move turned out to be a turning point in my life, I had an awakening there to the healing energy of Crystals and Gemstones that changed how I view myself and reality.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My passion is Holistic Healing, and the idea that we can participate more consciously in our well-being with what I call the “care and feeding of our energy bodies”. Through things like breathwork, meditation, earthing, and many energy-healing modalities that involve shifting our vibration or frequency. I have been working with Crystals and Gemstones for healing and consciousness expansion for over 25 years. It began with a personal interest in Gemstones, which evolved into creating a spiritual healing center, and later a Crystal Healing School in Asheville North Carolina, I consider myself “Spiritual but not religious”, with that said, It has been a faith-based journey in terms of my professional life, I have been blessed to follow my muse, and with many ups and downs over the years, manage to stay connected to my purpose of serving people interested in alternative healing. I am now based in Sedona Arizona, offering Crystal Healing sessions, classes, and courses.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them to Oak Creek, it is one of my favorite things about this part of Northern Arizona. It is a bold, year-round spring-fed creek, Then we would go to Boynton Canyon, which has amazing views of the Red Rocks, it gets you away from the town and out where you can feel the vastness, and tune in to the energy of the mountains. Next, I would go to Chocolatree Organic Eatery, they have one of the most beautiful garden areas in the center of Sedona, to enjoy a meal. Then before a morning hike, we could go for Breakfast to the Coffee Pot Restaurant, which has been in Sedona since the 1950’s and has great food. Then we would drive up Oak Creek Canyon from Sedona toward Flagstaff, this is one of the most beautiful scenic drives, it’s where I fell in love with Sedona.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am very grateful for the friendships that I have formed over the last few decades, within the alternative healing field. They have helped me to understand more deeply, how to work with my own spiritual and personal growth. This has allowed me in turn to more easily share my passion for Vibrational Healing through working with Crystals and Gemstones with clients and students.
