We had the good fortune of connecting with Mallory Soule and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Mallory, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of my brand is building genuine relationships. These genuine relationships are built with purveyors, the community, my team, and my clients.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business, AZ Chef Mallory, was founded on the idea of creating a unique restaurant experience in the comfort of your home. You can be a guest of that experience or jump in the kitchen with me! I am most known for teaching in-home sushi classes. I have taught over 100 cooking classes in the past year. We live in a world that is “hungry” and curious about food. Using that curiosity to bring people together over common ingredients, builds an opportunity to teach and serve others.
Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
I recommend the Milk Bread and Cheesecake at Arai Pastry. I would also like to shoutout the Phoenix Farmers Market and the The Churchill for their collaborative events, representing multiple small businesses.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to dedicate this Shoutout series to God. He deserves all the glory! In addition, I’m thankful for my family and my team that supports me!
