Hi Maria, what do you attribute your success to?
Commitment to my goal. Consistently striving to improve my services and never giving up, even if things get hard I just find a different way.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Over a period of 6 years I experienced my own profound transformation. Health and fitness was the doorway for me to find my true purpose in life, giving me the foundational practises that lead to success in all areas of life. Discipline and consistency are huge factors in achieving any goal.
Learning to keep going by building supporting habits and realising failure is part of the journey were monumental moments for me.
I now offer a unique holistic wellness coaching program for women in the format of a digital course, but it is way more than just a course.
The Jasmine Retreat program Serenity
focuses on taking stressed out, unfit women to a place of balance, happiness and fulfillment.
Using a combination of mindset techniques, mindful meditations, plant based nutrition and yoga to empower women to step away from chaos into health and harmony.
The program was created based on my own transformation experience where I went from an overweight single mum to afitness coach running a successful online business.
The things I teach were are the things that transformed my own life, placed into a course saving women the years of hardship I went through to learn them. all.
Coming from a place of experience and understanding makes TheSerenity Program very powerful for life transformation.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Stepping into nature is always something on my to do list, so I would recommend walking in the evergreen and pine forests, watching the sunset over horseshoe bend and hiking around the Grand canyon.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The book that inspired me the most through my own transformation, which had the biggest impact, was “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself “by Dr. Joe Dispenza.
His teachings on becoming aware of your thoughts, self-talk, and the stoies we tell ourselves about who we are, greatly affects the life we experience.
