We had the good fortune of connecting with Michlene Gamble and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Michlene, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
Transparency matters the most to me currently. I say thus because us as humans love to hind behind a smoke screen. I feel that we all need to be able to show and feel all the emotions associated with life.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Right now I do and have several hats. I have my crafting business where I do custom items like memorial buttons and more. I have also created a party rental company along with the non-profit

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
To be honest I’ve become a homebody do to not trusting humans since the murder of Melissa.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My daughter/ bestfriend and now my guardian Melissa Gamble. Losing her in 2020 I promised her that I would put her on the map no matter what. Life without has been very trying, but I’ve been able to create 3 businesses in her memory. The most recent is her nonprofit named after her Melissa Kalee Lasha Giving Hope Foundation that is now legally a 501c3. Losing her I lost a huge part of me and daily I try to stay above water.
