Meet Nicholas Ciddio | CEO of All Cities Clothing Inc & Cardpulla

We had the good fortune of connecting with Nicholas Ciddio and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nicholas, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
Success is not defined by what you have achieved but rather more what you have learned. Many of us entrepreneurs fail to realise that sometimes we never get to our exact end goal, but things will always fall into place as time progresses’. To me success is simply defined by the amount of discipline that one has in their day to day living to fulfill their end goal. For example, if someone is trying to invest in a new startup business but they have really high living expenses, then they must simply sacrifice over spending and spending less on ordering takeout and instead putting that money into investing into their startup business. If you want to be successful not only must you be disciplined , but you must be motivated, confident , and be able to initiate action into everything that you do. Remember success isn’t defined by how much money you make but rather what you can teach one to do for themselves.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am the owner of All Cities Clothing Inc (@allcitiesclothing) & Cardpulla (@cardpulla) on instagram/facebook/twitter. ect. My clothing/marketing business All Cities was established in 2017 and was aimed to promote diversity and equality through apparel. Over the last 6 years we were able to get many celebrities and well known people inlcuding Fatboy, Holy Gxd , Lil Skitz , Matt Ox , 24 hrs, YBN Nahmir , Jaydabarber, 365 and many other well known artists to wear our merchandise. We were also featured in a kmoney , Bizzloc & Brizzle Music video ect. With the popularity of these well known people, as well as being featured on breakfast television & radio stations , this is certainly what has allowed me to get to where I am today. No it was not easy , it certainly took a lot of time to connect with these types of people and create relationships by networking in many uncomfortable situations. Overcoming any challenge simply comes down to accepting the fact that you need to start being comfortable being uncomfortable. Meaning that you must accept change and the ability to do something that you have never done before or don’t like to do. One thing that id like people to know about All Cities Clothing Inc. is that the goal is to change the world and provide something beneficial to everyone even if that means equality. My other business Cardpulla aka “cardpullers” which was established in late 2020, and focuses on selling strictly sports cards. We sell high end collectable rookie cards and memorabilia cards, including rare numbered , autograph and short print cards. Sports cards are a unique investment class as it is fun and exciting as everyone can relate to a sport they once played. We have a huge following on Instagram including Drake , and we have sold sports cards to many professional athletes and people all across the world. This is definitely something that I am proud to have achieved as I have always had a passion for sports , as well as being a former soccer referee , so sports is a hobby that has always excited me. One thing that I want the world to know about my sports card business is that I can assure everyone that I will die happy doing something I love to do rather then dread doing something that I hated for someone else everyday. Entrepreneurs should do what they love and they will never work a day in their life.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting the area and I wanted to show them the best time ever, I would take them to Europe. If it was a week long trip I would try to visit as many countries in Europe as possible, as i’m aware you can get around pretty easily in Europe. I’ve always wanted to visit my cultural ethnicity country being Italy so this is another reason why. We would eat lots of Italian food that’s for sure ! Honestly I couldn’t tell you guys what some of the most fun , interesting , and exciting places there are to check out, i’m currently just too disciplined to think about having fun.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
This may sound crazy but there really isn’t any person, group , organization or book that has influenced me to start my business, other than myself. However, I will certainly agree that with the efforts , support , mentorship , love and encouragement of those around me including my parents, friends, co workers & clients , it has certainly been able to allow me to grow my business correctly and successfully. I was also able to get a lot of interpersonal growth which helped with my success , by allowing me to be a better person, be more polite to others in business and in my day to day life. In addition, family and friends are a huge contribution towards my success because these are the people that allowed me to get my first couple of sales and spread my business around through word of mouth. Lastly, without everyone that has worked with me I wouldn’t have the success that I have until this day, simply because we are a team and sometimes even my own co workers and clients give me motivation to do better or see things in their perspective. Definitely want to take the time to thank Andrew Stasiw from King & Queen Events, who has helped us with all our graphic designs as well as our own clients designs. Without these people I simply wouldn’t have these connections or relations with our accounting team , marketing coordinators and referrals.
