We had the good fortune of connecting with Oscar Ramirez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Oscar, what’s the most important thing you’ve done for your children?
The most important thing I’ve done as a parent is show my kids what it looks like to never quit—no matter how hard life gets.
They’ve seen me build a business from scratch, work through exhaustion, face challenges head-on, and still show up for my family every day. I’ve taught them that setbacks are setups for comebacks, that faith and hard work are the foundation of everything, and that no dream is too big if you’re willing to grind for it.
My goal isn’t just to provide a good life—I want to pass on a mindset that breaks generational limits and sets a new standard for what’s possible in our family.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Rambo 121 Movers isn’t just a moving company—it’s a family legacy built from the ground up with grit, faith, and a mission to raise the standard in the moving industry. I started this business with just $5,000 the week of my wedding, a single truck, and a vision: to take care of people the way I wish someone had taken care of me.
What sets us apart isn’t just being licensed, insured, or having great reviews—it’s our integrity. We treat every home like it’s our own, every customer like family, and every move like it matters, because it does. We don’t hire random day laborers. We train our crews in-house, we background check, we drug test, and we teach leadership, discipline, and ownership. That’s what makes us different.
Getting here wasn’t easy. I’ve sacrificed sleep, comfort, and even paychecks to build this company the right way. But I’ve also been blessed—with an amazing wife and business partner, Becca, who runs the office like a fortress; with a loyal team that believes in the mission; and with faith that carried us through the toughest times. I’ve learned to lead with love, stay accountable, and never settle. I don’t chase shortcuts—I build systems, train hard, and deliver results.
We serve the entire Phoenix West Valley, and we’re proud to be one of the top-rated moving and junk removal companies in Arizona. But the goal isn’t just to be the biggest—it’s to be the most trusted. We want our name to mean something. That’s why we invest in our people, our community, and our brand like it’s family—because it is.
If there’s one thing I want the world to know, it’s this: I believe in faith, fatherhood, and hard work. If you ever need help—whether it’s advice, support, or just someone to talk to—I’ll always do my best to give real answers and stand behind every word I speak. Rambo 121 is proof that with vision, values, and hustle, you can build something worth believing in.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend came to visit the West Valley, I’d make sure they had the most unforgettable week. We’d kick things off in Downtown Buckeye with breakfast at Tempo Urban Bistro, then head to Skyline Regional Park for hiking and desert views that show off the beauty of Arizona.
We’d swing by Goodyear Ballpark for spring training or a local event, and grab tacos at Tacos Calafia—one of the best street taco spots around. For something sweet, Dutch Bros or Black Rock Coffee would hit the spot.
Mid-week, we’d venture to Lake Pleasant for jet skis or paddleboarding, then enjoy the nightlife at Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale—dinner, live music, and maybe a Coyotes or Cardinals game if it’s in season.
For local gems, we’d visit Verrado’s Main Street for boutique shopping, grab a bite at Ciao Grazie, and end the evening with a relaxing stroll under the lights. I’d also show them Estrella Mountain Ranch and White Tank Mountains, because those views are unforgettable.
If we had time, we’d take a trip to Old Town Scottsdale for art, history, and great food—or head up to Sedona for a scenic day trip.
By the end of the week, they’d understand why I love this place: the people, the sunsets, and the mix of calm desert and exciting energy make it a true hidden gem.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There’s no way I’d be where I am today without the grace of God, the strength of my family, and the support of the people who believed in me when they didn’t have to. First and foremost, I give all glory to Jesus Christ—my faith is what carried me through the darkest times and gave me the vision to build something greater than myself.
I want to shout out my wife, Becca. She’s been my backbone, my business partner, my rock. Every late night, every early morning—she’s been right there pushing forward with me. I also owe a lot to my kids. They’re my “why.” They’ve seen the hustle, the sacrifice, the faith, and the grind—and I’m building this not just for them, but with them in mind.
And lastly, a big shoutout to every mentor, customer, team member, and friend who’s helped shape Rambo 121 into what it is today. I’m not doing this alone—I stand on the shoulders of giants, and I’m grateful for every person who’s lifted me up.
