We had the good fortune of connecting with Paul Hilger and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Paul, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I thought of working independently and making my own ideas and thoughts come to reality. The whole thing started right at the start of the pandemic and I had lots of time to rethink my life
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I have faced a lot of challenges throughout my whole life and I would like to share these kinds of experiences to others. Many artists are hesitant to speak about political topics, which I´d like to change. We as a society are in deep trouble and it doesn´t help to ignore all these problems.
My band is also on a path of creating an innovative sound by combining Blues-Rock with Reggae elements, which has barely been done before.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I´m not the best person to be asked about when it comes to having a vacation, to be honest. But I always recommend visiting museums and experiencing either art- or science-related acitivities. So in this case, I highly encourage you to visit either the Arizona Historical Society Museum or Arizona Science Center.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to thank my parents and friends for the encouragement. Also my former bandmates Morgan and Freddy with whom I share a lot of experiences and memories throughout my musical career.
