Hi Pax, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Pax Technology Services – ‘PTS’ helps to create a seamless, inclusive and an equitable experience for businesses with technology. Our ability to understand different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds inspires new ideas and innovative technology solutions.

Our experience in digital transformation allows businesses to build a technology roadmap that develops user-friendly products and services that cater to a wider range of consumers. People from different backgrounds and identities should be involved with creating the future. We believe in helping our clients achieve this in a fair and transparent manner.

We have had the opportunity to demonstrate our positive social impact with e-commerce, web development, branding, videography, digital marketing and social media content creation to name a few!

Pax Technology Services Inc. – “PTS” is a digital agency. We are proud to offer web design, web development, e-commerce, project management, application development, content creation and blockchain development.

At PTS, we believe in using our experience in digital transformation to guide our clients towards digital modernization with successful results. We are committed to building your digital front door to the world in a fair and transparent manner. Too often diverse groups struggle with access to technology and services that are equitable and innovative.

Pax Ola founded PTS in 2017. From humble beginnings, we have grown into a digital agency that provides a multitude of technology services for clients globally. Additionally, our contributions for digital content creation has been featured in global publications including Malvie, Shuba, Sheen & Eclair. Our journey has faced challenges such as the recent global disruption. However, we learned valuable lessons along the way, including developing technology solutions in unique industries for entrepreneurs that are challenging status quo.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Firstly, I would like to shout-out my siblings, which have immensely contributed to my social development. From early on they taught me the importance of collaboration, adaptability, creativity, sharing, conflict resolution, discipline and cooperation. Many of these skills have helped with navigating the technology industry and building a technology business.

Secondly, Futureshop (Best Buy) – in the early 90’s if you required computer maintenance this was the place to go. It was always an expensive experience and led to doing my own home computer hardware/software repairs and builds. Looking back and understanding that performing my own home computer maintenance and fixes created opportunities and skillsets with a hands-on approach. Learning to innovate and problem solve while facing constraints is something all entrepreneurs have in common.

Lastly, I would like to shout-out students in the modern sense. Whether it is YouTube University or an accredited education that you leverage for a career in technology – never adopt the imposter syndrome. You are here for a reason and your contributions are valid and important. Technology is not only for “tech bros”, it’s for everyone. It is our collective responsibility to build algorithms, applications and digital content that reflects social values, avoids bias while ensuring fairness.
