My business consists of 3 different structures: single family acquisition and Dispostion in 3 states. Multi family 4-200 unit apartments) acquisition and disposition in 11 states, and creative financing strategies to offer minorities an opportunity to purchase a home via rent to own… we raise capital from young adults who become athletics at a young age and don’t have the financial education to sustain a livelihood, we have funds and programs that allow them to invest in providing affordable housing to minorities and learn how to create lasting wealth. For us, it’s the faces of those we help that excites us. I grow up living in an apartment room with three brothers and we tend to misunderstand how safe a home feels and what it does to child development
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

Psycho cybernetics is one book that helped me develop my mind after surviving & losing my mind to serving 11 years in prison. God is everything to me, I would not be alive if it wasn’t for him and through him I was able to survive gangs, prison, and working on being reformed into Society and providing a dream for me to help others achieve home ownership….
God first and foremost, my mother ( Paulina Dyse) for giving me strength and love at my lowest moments, my brothers for always checking on me, and My lovely wife for the support she provides and continues to provide, without her I wouldn’t be able to find my true self., to my team and partners who gradually get me through my day and show me what team work is. And to all my family & friends who constantly support me to continue this journey.
