We had the good fortune of connecting with Rich Ganley and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rich, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
We deliver effective tools to improve the emotional, mental, physical and family health of our Public Safety personnel.
This will substantially reduce costs for our cities and help with recruitment, retention, morale and other important factors for these types of critical positions
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The positive impact alliance (PIA) Mission is to serve those who serve us.
Many people don’t realize when somebody becomes a first responder statistically. They know that they may die 15 years before normal citizen they could have 6 to 8 times more cancer, three times more cardiovascular events and we lose more to suicides than on the job so PSTD is definitely a Big problem in this type of career.
When we found out about these terrible statistics we created “the recharge room for first responders” “As a way to honor our local heroes!”
We’re helping our Public Safety personnel have happier and healthier lives on the job, happier and healthier lives at home and happier and healthier lives post retirement.
We do this by utilizing Our synergy of togetherness -multi modality Process and we have developed a 33 minute circuit utilizing Photobiomodulation panels, Vagus, nerve stimulators, infrared sauna, and Cold Plunge.. In addition, we inspire and educate our public safety personnel on the best proactive and preventative health and wellness and peer support techniques available today!
We give our law-enforcement tools to fight crime, we give our firefighters tools to fight fires, and now the positive impact alliance is finally giving our heroes the tools to fight the emotional, mental, family, and physical challenges This career creates!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We would probably be doing some mountain bike adventure, and hiking.
Also hanging out at Colair Beauty Lounge and Med Spa.
Having some wine at Garage East
Showing them some of our beautiful sites, Lakes and other great things about Arizona.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
To all the men and women in Public Safety and public service who do so many things too help all of us in so many ways every day!
