We had the good fortune of connecting with Rob Becker and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rob, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I felt that I had unlimited earning potential. It was a way I could definitely provide for me and my family.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am the owner and designated broker for Top Rock Realty. Top Rock Realty began in 2006, where I was the only agent/broker. Today, I have 23 agents plus me that hang their license with Top Rock Realty. We specialize in residential real estate in the Phoenix Metro area with an emphasis on the East Valley. We have a lot of repeat business because we go above and beyond what is required of us. We have been through hard times and more fruitful times. I love helping people achieve their real estate goals.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If a friend were visiting Arizona, I would take them all over….including visiting Scottsdale, Tempe, and the East Valley. We may want to visit the Grand Canyon as it is one of the seven wonders of the world. There are too many places to mention when it comes to cuisine, but we would for sure hit some Mexican food restaurants. You can always go hiking as well as we have many mountains and places to explore.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My mom and dad always encouraged me to do anything I wanted to do. My father especially taught me his work ethic. I had great examples in my father and mother.
