We had the good fortune of connecting with Sarah Strong and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sarah, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Intuitive life coaching holds space for people to see themselves from a higher perspective which enables them to; transform relationships, create new ideals, heal deep inner wounds from childhood and toxic relationships, to expand their consciousness and awareness of the world we live in so that they can have new experiences in their life. This has a powerful effect on everyone around them and in turn with the community that they create and this can in turn have an affect on the world at large. The more people who take responsibility for their own healing, the more the world will transform and heal.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
First thing I want to say is that running your own business from nothing has been the most rewarding and difficult thing that I get to do every day! The challenges were overcome through perserverance and total commitment to the community I serve. Holding that vision was important to stay focused and to achieve the things that were on my heart to complete! The lessons I’ve learnt and am learning are about staying deeply rooted in the truth and integrity of self so that I can continually show up in new and inventive ways for people to benefit from the workshops and courses that are offered. There’s energy in everything and it’s so important to keep in clarified and true to the grand vision of ascension and enlightenment for anyone who desires that at a core level! I’m so honoured to hold space for people that deeply desire to change their lives.
What my business does is create spaces and opportunities for people to experience themselves from their higher selves perspective which is super rewarding but also extremely challenging. It’s definitely not for the faint hearted! This is deep soul work where they get to look at and feel into the darkness and shadows to reveal the inner workings of their mind and soul to create a much more fulfilling existence for themselves and often times for the tribes they serve.
I’ve got to where I am today with a LOT of help from my coach both personally and business-wise and by showing up daily and doing whatever it takes to serve my tribe!
I’ve overcome so much to be here! I did not have an easy life growing up with a bi-polar and narcissistic mother, but I always wanted to help people, that was in my soul from birth. There were so many ups and downs with alcohol and addiction issues from a young age, but from working through all that with an “all in” attitude I can now shine the light in the way that I have known I would since I was a child!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
1. Visit to the zoo and botanical gardens 2. Dinner at the Giving Tree downtown
3. Visit to the Japanese Zen Garden
4. Trip to Scottsdale Quarter to shop and eat
5. Visit Anthem to shop at the outlet stores
6. Go to Sedona to hike and visit the vortexes
7. Hike Pinnacle Peak and eat at Little O’s in Arcadia
8. I also love downtown for First Friday!
