Hi Shantell, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor to the success of my brand is to be innovative and provide a real connection with my customers and services . Everyday the world and the people we know evolve. Amazing products and services are created to make the everyday life better and simpler. I thrive on that simple fact.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
A famous quote I live by is … Anything that ain’t growing is dead! That quote resonates with me so deep that I’m forced to push through all my entrepreneur challenges and obstacles that Im faced with daily. I’ve always reminded myself; Keep going and keep pushing through it all and you will reap your rewards. During my adolescent years I knew my life had to have some creative purpose. I knew one day my inventiveness and determined attitude would drive me to eventually create some type of product or provide some sort of professional service. I had to be apart of something that the world could really benefit from as well as any professional.
I graduated from esthetics school and my passion for the beauty skin care industry manifested quickly. From there I went to work and created Esticare Company. Esticare Co. will not only provide professional skin care services but also create innovative esthetic products that the consumer or professional could use and find beneficial. Esticare Co. represents process improvement and innovation so I know Esticare Co. will have a global impact on the world and that’s due to the beauty industry’s high demand. So look out for Esticare Co, we intend to take this beauty industry by storm.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My favorite spots in the city to hang out and distress would have to be one of the many brunch spots located phoenix or having a nice dinner at Steak 44 in the camelback area. If you like to dance, I’ll would suggest you check out Old Town Scottsdale for some of the best upscale night clubs.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shout out Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and the graduates of Winter 2021. They provided the foundation in which my seed was planted and grew. With their support I’ve became the confident amazing licensed esthetician professional as I am today. They gave me the knowledge and tools to be able to build a successful skin care business.
