We had the good fortune of connecting with Sue Lundquist and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sue, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
In overcoming my traumas, I knew what I learned could make a difference in the lives of others living with suffering, pain or out dated and conditioned beliefs. This was the genesis of my journey in becoming a

I also desired an abundant and fulfilling life. This furthered my quest to develop real-time/real-life self-regulating tools and new mindset habits to “show up” a better version of myself, both personally and professionally. I remind my clients, “Your evolution truly is an inside job. Your life will not change until YOU change.”

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I teach and educate the power of clarity of self.  This is accomplished by teaching minds set hacks, self regulating tools, positive psychology, laws of attraction, breaking of old habits and emotional intelligence. My work was born from my ability to overcome many traumas. I innately felt an urge to translate my life lessons and learnings into tools that allow people to become a better version of themselves. It has been so fulfilling to see hundreds of my clients  walk through their fears to now foster a life they love and are proud of.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

Oooh there so many options in Arizona! From the numerous local hiking spots, to biking or blading on paved trails, the metro offers excellent fitness activities. The restaurant and bar scene in the Valley is incredible! Some of my haunts include Josephine’s, ChamPagne Lanes and Sotisse. And I cannot forget the Crumbl for an amazing cookie. Arizona has a lot of options for day trips. I love to take my Sprinter: her name is Freedom, to Flagstaff or Sedona where I can go to Slide Rock as a little girl (mother earth’s water slide).

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I have a special shout out to two dear friends that have been with me on this journey. Deeply grateful to Robert Meister, Vice President and Creative Director, Sam Brown, Inc. Healthcare Communications and his husband Rodolfo Goni for their personal and professional insights.
