Hi Summer, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind Glow Up Aesthetics success is that we are strictly medical grade skin care & result driven vs. a typical “Spa”. We pride ourselves with top of the line skincare that is very innovative and constantly adapting to keep up with new sciences. Everything we use at Glow Up Aesthetics we truly believe in and have had successful results with many clients and feel that this sets us apart from other aesthetic practices in our industry.

What should our readers know about your business?
Honestly, owning a business was never apart of the plan for me. I worked for a medspa for about a year & a half as my first aesthetics job & fell in love with the industry. I built up a clientele quickly & the door opened for me to step out onto my own and I took the opportunity without hesitation. I knew I was passionate about medical aesthetics & I think that has really set Glow Up Aesthetics apart from a lot of other spas. We only offer medical grade products and services to ensure results. We have a passion for transforming skin & allowing our clients to feel confident and beautiful in their skin.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’ve lived in Arizona my entire life so planning a week long full of activities wouldn’t be too hard. I would definitely plan a day trip to Sedona & have lunch at Hideaway House. A hike at devils bridge is also a must when visiting. Shopping at Fashion Square Mall would definitely be on the list, plus tons of amazing restaurants in Old Town Scottsdale. I’m a huge movie fan so a trip to any movie theater would make the cut as well!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We’ve had so much help along the way from our skincare reps to colleagues in the industry. Some of our favorite small businesses we cross-clientele with are Lexy Delalama with MadLashes, April Wade with Aprilovely Salon, Brittney Brennan with Bladed, Kristen Pope with The Perfect Dose & Ashley Craig with KickAshNails. These women constantly inspire me personally & have helped build a strong clientele for Glow Up in which we all pass along to each-other. Our clients love that we all see the same people and recommend women doing services we actually get done ourselves.
