We had the good fortune of connecting with Thelovelyjinnea and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Thelovelyjinnea, how do you think about risk?
The most Important thing I’ve done as a parent is be present and consistent with my kids. I tell them all the time I can’t help you or protect you if you don’t tell me what’s going on. And that keeps me up to date and present in their lives for the most part. Being consistent with a routine so they know what to expect everyday. If things change being consistent with communication and rules gives them structure which is important. Kids will be kids that’s a fact but they always need guidance.

When I choose to start modeling I never viewed myself as someone who was photogenic or even that pretty. I kind of just fell into it by being approached by people telling me I should do it. Some were photographers and others were just people at events I was at and some were friends. There’s alot I’m still learning about modeling even now. It’s not enough to just look pretty and pose as I thought it was. You really can see much more than that in a photo. The expression a picture can say a 1000 words is very true. From there I developed fans of my modeling and started doing a podcast called “what’s what” with my best friend Lizzy page who was an hiphop artist at the time. A really good one in my opinion! What’s what is where we would talk about what we been up to and things we cared about and we would read back answers from our followers from questions we asked on social media. We did that for awhile and then I got a new cohost Sha- Quwana due to many life changes in Lizzy pages life the podcast wasn’t a fit anymore. As the show has progressed 1 episode dropping every month. I was given the opportunity to come on uchoice Radio as a Podcaster talking about everything that’s trending in media.

What I think makes a successful person is being willing to take a risk and except the opportunity where ever it takes you. Good or bad at least you got the experience and your wiser for it. Growing is always a good thing and leads you to the success you want or things you never knew you wanted and discovered through taking that chance.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

He is a dj located in Arizona a really nice guy that does shows for local artists and get togethers with people to spread positive energy. He was the dj for 2 of my fundraiser showcases.
