We had the good fortune of connecting with Tim Parker and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tim, how do you think about risk?
Risk has always played a big role in my life and career, but I do not see risk as reckless action. I see it as a calculated decision backed by preparation and belief. When I started in this industry, there were safer paths I could have taken. Building a company, hiring a team, and putting my name behind every project felt uncertain at times. But growth never comes from staying comfortable.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My career started from wanting to build something real. I chose remodeling because I enjoy working with my hands and seeing a clear result at the end of the day. Over time, that hands-on work turned into a full service company focused on bathrooms, tile, and custom upgrades. What sets us apart is simple. We treat each home like it is our own. We show up on time. We keep the job site clean. We stand behind our work.

It was not easy. The early years came with long days and tight budgets. I learned fast that skill alone is not enough. You need discipline, patience, and strong communication. There were jobs that tested me. There were seasons when growth felt slow. I pushed through by staying focused on quality and customer trust. One happy client leads to another. That truth built our name in the community.

I am most proud of the reputation we have earned. Many of our clients come from referrals. That means people trust us enough to recommend us to family and friends. That speaks louder than any ad. I am also proud of the team we have built. Each person cares about the craft. That pride shows in the finished work.

The biggest lesson I have learned is this: do not cut corners. Do not chase fast money. Build the right way from the start. Treat people with respect. Keep your word. Those habits create long term success.

I want the world to know that our brand stands for quality, honesty, and real craftsmanship. We are not the biggest company in town. We are a company that cares. We help families improve their homes in ways that make daily life better. That is what drives me, and that is what keeps us growing.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend came to visit for a week, I would show them the best of the West Valley and Phoenix. We would start with dinner at Haymaker Goodyear, then catch a sunset hike in the Estrella Mountains. One day would be for a Suns or Diamondbacks game, followed by late-night food downtown. We would spend a morning in Scottsdale for coffee, shopping, and art galleries, then head to Camelback Mountain for a challenge hike. A day trip to Sedona would be a must for red rock views and quiet trails. We would also relax by the pool, visit local breweries, and end the week with a backyard cookout with friends. The best part of this area is the mix of outdoor space, great food, and driven people building businesses and community.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would dedicate my shoutout to my family first. Their support has been the foundation of everything I have built. Running a business takes long hours, tough decisions, and real sacrifice. They believed in me even in the early days when nothing felt certain. That kind of support gives you courage.

Mentors in the trades deserve credit as well. Early on, I learned from people who had decades of hands-on experience. They taught me that quality matters, details matter, and your word matters most. Those lessons still guide how I run the business today.
