We had the good fortune of connecting with TJ Supa and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi TJ, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I started in radio broadcasting due to a need for an available platform for artists, producers and creative individuals to promote and deliver their message. Before I started in radio, I put out several projects. At that time, there was no system in place to spread the message. I saw that others would also be in the same position with their own creative projects, so the idea to begin broadcasting was born.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I created and host a heavily syndicated digital radio show/station. We interview celebrity guests weekly and air on over 100 radio stations. I also host a music video show that airs on 10 digital television stations.
I also have operated in the music industry for over 20 and hold various relationships to enable to promotion and movement of music and film projects
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First and foremost I think God. My Radio Supa team is excellent and this would be an entirely different world without them. Shoutout to Lisa Arenas, our Promotional Director, My Co-host on both shows, Lena Marie, DJ DN3, & Cinematographer Professor Xavier.
