Hi Tomeko, how does your business help the community?
As an entrepeneur, my passion is helping others feel empowered. Empowerment gives people enough confidence to go after their dreams, fall in love, heal pain, create new lifestyles, and break old behaviors, patterns and beliefs that are outdated. My business helps you understand your current energy, mindset, any blocks you may have, and how you can move forward using practical steps. If you purchase a deck from me, or book a reading with me, you will walk away feeling confident, and the goal is that people live their best life. I specialize in creating spiritual tools that can be used by anyone.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Most people, pick up a book (I still encourage that for sure), but I make oracle decks that give you direct insight to help you understand you. My creative mind is always brewing a new idea or deck. Honestly, I would say that I’m most proud of staying true to me, even when others viewed it as weird. My Truths oracle deck is the first deck that displays when you search “Black Oracle Decks” on google. I still smile when I see it, because I can’t believe that I created something that so many people love. My brand is delivering truths for empowerment. I’m here today, because I didn’t give up on me. I fell in love with me. I trusted me. I believed in me. I wanted something more for me, my kids, my mom and my brother, so that’s why I do everything that I do. I think about generational wealth and adding value to the world so that we all live our best life. It’s not been easy, but it’s getting easier. Because I’ve learned so many lessons in all areas of life, I turn that knowledge into oracle decks for others to use. Whenever someone reaches out and explains how one of my decks helped them, I’m grateful and happy that I stuck with it. The quote “She turned her pain into power”, best represents my brand. To me, it shows that you are not exempt from pain, but once you survive it, and heal it, you can help someone else. The biggest lesson I learned was how to forgive. I’ve had to forgive others that weren’t sorry, but hurt me, and I’ve had to forgive myself for making mistakes that impacted those that I love. Forgiveness taught me self love, you’ll be surprised at how much life changes when you truly love yourself.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My all time favorite place to eat is at Different Pointe of View, (at night time of course) it offers a beautiful view overlooking the city of phoenix. I’m mainly a foodie person, give me some good food and I am living my best life! Glendale Glitters is a must see as the holiday season approaches. Poetic Soul Phoenix feeds my soul with all of their talented creators, I’d love to go there more, it’s very inspiring,

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My shoutout goes to my mom! She has been my rider through this whole journey. She has supported me, challenged me, pushed me, and protected me, which has helped me get to this point. I am also a mother of three, so when I have to step away, she is there to hold things down. She’s such a blessing, because she has never judged any part of my business, only supported me. Any entrepeneur can understand the importance of having that!
