We had the good fortune of connecting with Trixie Leuck and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Trixie, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Resilience is at the heart of our success. Our ability to bounce back from challenges, setbacks, and failures has been crucial in propelling our brand forward. In times of adversity, our resilience has allowed us to overcome obstacles, innovate, and ultimately achieve our milestones. This mindset has not only sustained us but also guided us towards new opportunities and successes.

What should our readers know about your business?
Hello Duchess is a mom-owned family business that started in June 2022. We specialize in baby gifting for all occasions. Our brand was created by our love filled journey of adoption that brought our daughter into our lives. Inspired by our daughter, Hello Duchess embodies the hope, joy and unconditional love that came with welcoming her into our world. The adoption community has touched our lives in such a profound way, so we made it our mission to give back. Each purchase will support families in the adoption process. Hello Duchess is dedicated to providing curated modern mini essentials of the highest quality to celebrate the bond between parents and their precious children. We hope to spread kindness, awareness and support to all families who have been blessed with the gift of adoption.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Ahh this is so hard because there are so many amazing places! For starters I would do a wellness and spa day at Civana to get the week started! For amazing food and views I would check out Thea on the top floor of the Global Ambassador. For some local shopping I would check out 85local in Peoria and the Painted Tree in Chandler. For some fun places to stroll, eat, and shop I would go to Kierland and the Scottsdale quarter. I’d close out the week by being outdoors and do some hiking at one of many trails we have in the valley!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have so much gratitude to Collab Culture, my women’s group, for their support and encouragement throughout our journey. Their guidance have been instrumental in bringing our ideas to life. Entrepreneurship can be so hard but I know im not alone with this groups support. Additionally, I want to give a special shoutout to my husband and my family who have been a pillar of strength behind the scenes, providing continuous support and cheering me on every step of the way. Their contributions deserve all the credit and recognition in our story!
