We had the good fortune of connecting with Vincent Saravia and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Vincent, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
That the All-In-One loan exists.
The 30- and 15-year mortgages were released after World War II because the government wanted to boost the economy. As we all know, there have been technological advances.
Why do you keep your money at a bank? Some might find it a silly question but it’s because it is safe and fungible.
With the All-In-One Loan, you are getting personal banking fused with a mortgage.
When you sign for a traditional mortgage, say a 30-year mortgage, you agree to pay more principal than interest in year 21. Big banks know you will refinance or sell within 5-10 years, thus keeping you in a cycle. With the All-In-One loan, you get a free and clear home within 5-12 years if you qualify, allowing you to control how much interest you want to pay.
What should our readers know about your business?
I came into mortgages because I could not pass the level 2 of the CFA. The easiest part of mortgages for me was the exam. It took me less than 2 months of studying. The most challenging aspect for me is building relationships. What sets me apart from most is that I also can offer mortgage protection via life insurance. That will help you guarantee to leave a free and clear home to your loved ones and allow you to use your current equity to splurge or invest more. For real estate professionals, it’s all about marketing, marketing, and marketing. I want the world to know I can educate them as a mortgage wealth advisor given any case-by-case scenario.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would go to Washington DC. Georgetown, walk around and find anything that catches their eye. We could go see monuments or museums, whatever they are into, is what we would check out. I’m from Springfield, VA so it’s a 30-minute commute. We could also go to Alexandria, VA in Old Town, and walk around and find something to eat. Clifton, VA has some interesting places to go eat. National Harbor in Maryland is 30 minutes away too, which has something to do. Whichever spot they like, we could visit again so they can soak up the vibes and energy.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Mike Kortas CEO/Founder of NEXA Mortgage & Erin Wood from CMG who educates broker on the All-In-One Loan.
