Joy is the most important principle in life. It is through joy that you can be inspired to be creative, be a more understanding of others, and become empowered to be and do something great! Our family motto is Find joy in it. Even when you have to wait. Even when you’re going through a rough patch. Even when your working 15 hours a day to finish a project. Even if you lose the race. Madpax was developed around the principal of having a positive influence on kids and supporting them. Kids have had it rough these last few years—especially those in their pre-teen years which is a confusing time all by itself! We want help bring back what kids need—more positivity and support. The most important principle to me is integrity. There needs to be a GREAT reason to be doing what you do. I align myself with the brand of “The Family Realtor.” I believe there are so many agents and entrepreneurs out there right now just telling everyone it’s all about the money. Isn’t it all about the family, though? I love the joy my own family brings and I do everything for them. It’s a bit of a moral code of mine, but it is essential to follow.
