What’s the right balance between work and non-work time? The traditional 9-5 has slowly disappeared with the emails and zoom and texting going far beyond traditional business hours. We asked members of our community to share with us how they think about work-life balance.

When I worked in media and events for more than 10 years, I would segment my life in categories: work + life. I would wake up, take my phone and look at my emails. I would hurry outta bed and into work-mode. When at work, I would not take any family or friend calls until it was no longer regular 9-5 work hours.
