Meet Coldberg 9 | Twitch Streamer and E-Fed Commentator/Manager

We had the good fortune of connecting with Coldberg 9 and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Coldberg, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I can credit my success to two very important groups of people that i’ve met on my Twitch journey. The first of those two groups would be my circle. I have a very close-knit circle of friends that are often in my ear, keeping humble, keeping me focused, and encouraging me to keep going even when times get tough. I also have to give credit to my amazing community, The Main Roster, The MAWF universe. I’ve seen these people come together to support me like never before and I am forever grateful for each and every one of them.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
So let me tell you a little bit about the magic of MAWF. The Main Academy Wrestling Federation, also known as, MAWF is an E-fed that is ran by me with the help of the community. An E-Fed, as quoted by fellow E-Fed manager, ArtyZIFF_ is “when Twitch meets Professional Wrestling” through means of WWE 2k. I’ve always had a love for wrestling, gaming and community building, but the challenge for me was to figure a way to marry all of those things. There is a good portion of my community that are Simmers and not the biggest wrestling fans. How can I continue to express my love for wrestling, while also not leaving them out. Today, MAWF has gained new fans who had never experienced wrestling before and now they don’t miss a single show. That, was my “I made it” moment. Being able to make fans out of non-wrestling fans, that’s what an influencer does.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I live near the Birmingham area in Alabama. There’s not really a whole lot to do here, but if I had a friend that was visiting for the week we would definitely hit up a few BarCades!! We would likely try to catch one of the Alabama Crimson Tide games in Tuscaloosa. I’ve never been to one personally, but I think that would be a great experience for someone visiting for the first time.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to dedicate this shoutout to the Main Academy Wrestling Federation Universe and the Who’s NXT Alum. These are two groups of very talented people who continue to push me to higher heights. The MAWF Universe is comprised of my community members and streamer friends who have created wrestler versions of themselves to battle it out in CPU vs CPU matches for brand supremacy. It is also comprised of community members who enjoy the matches, commentary and storylines. The other group that deserves a big shoutout is my Who’s NXT family. These are creators that I have interviewed on my talk show called Who’s NXT. Who’s NXT is a show where I hand select some of my favorite creators that I feel are the next big names on Twitch. We sit and talk about their origin story, current journey, and any future plans they may have.
