We had the good fortune of connecting with Pam Bristow and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Pam, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my brand’s success is my genuine passion for helping people. I put myself in my clients’ shoes and focus on making the entire process fun and stress-free. I’m also intentional about creating designs that feel personal to each client while making smart decisions that add value to their property.

What should our readers know about your business?
One of the things that sets me apart as an interior design professional is my background in real estate and property investment. I started my career in real estate and quickly found my niche: helping sellers flip their own homes. I would design, implement, and manage updates tailored to the target buyer and demographic—often doubling or even tripling their return on investment. That experience has given me a strong foundation in balancing design impact with smart budgeting.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We love our life in Tucson! It offers the perfect blend of a small-town pace with plenty to do. When friends come to visit, there’s a routine we always follow—starting with a casual outdoor lunch at The Barnyard. Then we’ll usually head to the Desert Museum or the Ostrich Farm for some family fun feeding exotic animals with the kids. For dinner and drinks, we love The Commoner, or we’ll head downtown to Obon for amazing sushi. If there’s a good show playing at Centennial Hall or the Linda Ronstadt Theatre, we always make it a point to catch it.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
In this shout-out series, I have to thank my husband, Gavin above all. He’s my biggest supporter and encourages me in everything I do. I was already a go-getter before we met, but his unconditional love, unwavering acceptance, and genuine enthusiasm have only amplified that drive. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without him in my corner.
