We had the good fortune of connecting with Meg Byrne, DC, MS, CAcu and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Meg, what do you think makes you most happy? Why?
What makes me happiest is watching people regain their health and movements. As a chiropractor and acupuncturist, I love seeing patients feel good in their own body again. I love creating spaces where healing feels personal, not clinical; where people feel seen, not rushed. Beyond the clinic, it’s the simple things: my family, sunshine, movement, and traveling! I also love a good cup of coffee.

What should our readers know about your business?
Acacia was built on a simple idea: expert care should still feel human. We combine internal medicine, mental health, and musculoskeletal care with warmth and precision; no fluff, no rush, just results that last. What sets us apart is the experience- You’re not a chart or a symptom; you’re a person we actually get to know.

Getting here wasn’t easy. Growth rarely is. I started with a treatment table, a vision, and a willingness to work through the messy middle. Every challenge, from building a team to earning trust in a competitive field, taught me that consistency beats perfection.

I’m proud that Acacia has become the Scottsdale destination where people feel both seen and better. The world doesn’t need more clinics; it needs more care that feels personal, credible, and real. That’s what we’re here to deliver.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’d start the week slow with coffee and pastry at JL Patisserie, a morning walk through Old Town, and a stop at Acacia to reset after travel. Scottsdale is best experienced through movement and sunshine, so we’d hike Pinnacle Peak or shop at Scottsdale Quarter, then spend the afternoon poolside at the Fairmont Princess. Dinner would be at Francine.

Midweek, we’d head north for a day in Sedona with red rocks, quiet hikes, and that rare kind of stillness that recalibrates you. Back in town, I’d take them to The Henry for breakfast and Postino for wine and bruschetta boards.

The best part of this area isn’t just the food or views- it’s the energy. People here are active, intentional, and a little fearless. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to level up and slow down at the same time.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My shoutout goes to my family, the Acacia team, and my husband, Dan. My family taught me discipline and the importance of a positive attitude. Acacia Natural Medicine would not be possible without Dr. Bonnie Brock- together, we have built an integrative medical practice founded on integrity and medical excellence. Our team at Acacia- Dr. Bryce, Bridget and Cameron are the heart beat- none of this works without people who show up with heart every day. And I saved the best for last, the most supportive husband in the world deserves the biggest shout out because he is patient, kind, and believes in Acacia’s mission and the impact we can have on others lives.
