Meet Lucy Robinson | Realtor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Lucy Robinson and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lucy, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk-taking has played a huge role in my life and career because I’ve realized most people live controlled by fear, especially fear of the unknown. Leaving stability to work for yourself is scary and full of uncertainty, but growth only happens when you step outside your comfort zone. Some of the biggest breakthroughs in my life came from doing things I once thought were impossible. I’m constantly challenging the limits and beliefs that fear tries to place on me.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a real estate agent in Tucson, Arizona with over six years of experience. Over the course of my career, I’ve become a top-producing agent and was honored with Coldwell Banker’s President’s Circle award, placing me among the top 4% of agents internationally. I’m also ranked in the top 200 out of more than 6,000 agents in my local MLS.
What sets me apart is not just my production, but the mindset and determination it took to get here. Real estate is an extremely competitive industry, and there were many moments that challenged me both personally and professionally. I’ve had to break through fear, self-doubt, perfectionism, and the pressure that comes with building a business in a constantly changing market. Those challenges shaped me into a stronger leader, communicator, and advocate for my clients.
I truly love what I do because this career has pushed me to grow in every area of my life. It’s taught me resilience, discipline, and the importance of building genuine relationships. I care deeply about the people I work with and strive to make every client feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.
My goal has never been just to sell homes. It’s to create an experience where people feel understood, protected, and empowered while making one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting Tucson for the weekend, the first thing we’d have to do is grab some great Mexican food. A couple of my favorite local spots are El Charro Café and Mi Nidito Mexican restaurant. Tucson has such an amazing food scene, and I think experiencing the local culture through food is a must.
I’d also want to show them the outdoor side of Tucson because that’s one of the things that makes this city so special. We would probably spend some time hiking around Dove Mountain near the The Ritz-Carlton, exploring the Wild Burro Trail, and definitely visit Sabino Canyon, which is one of my favorite places in Tucson. The desert scenery, mountain views, and sunsets here are hard to beat.
We’d also have to take a day trip to either Bisbee or Tombstone. Both are such unique Arizona towns with so much character and history. Bisbee has an artsy, eclectic feel with great shops and restaurants, while Tombstone gives you that true Old West Arizona experience.
One of the things I love most about Tucson is that it has a slower pace while still offering so much to do. There’s a strong sense of community, beautiful outdoor spaces, and so many unique local businesses and restaurants. It’s a place where people can really enjoy both adventure and peace at the same time.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My husband deserves a huge amount of credit because he’s been on this entire journey with me. A lot has changed in our lives since I became a realtor six years ago. Real estate is full of highs, lows, uncertainty, and pressure, and he has stood by me through all of it. He’s supported me emotionally, believed in me during difficult seasons, and now he’s even in real estate school himself to help support our vision for growth and expansion. Having someone willing to grow alongside you while you chase big goals is something I never take for granted.
