We had the good fortune of connecting with Kaleigh Rogers, LCSW, MPA, CCTP and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kaleigh, how does your business help the community?
Shine His Light LLC is a Christ-centered trauma healing ministry serving individuals, families, and communities across Arizona. Founded through a calling from God, this work exists to bring exceptional trauma care to those who are hurting while reminding every person of their inherent worth and value.

For more than a decade, our founder witnessed the gaps in the mental health system firsthand — individuals struggling with trauma, addiction, and despair without access to safe, compassionate care. At its core, our social impact is to live out Psalm 82:3–4:

“Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.”

Shine His Light exists as a practice and a platform providing exceptional trauma therapy rooted in the love of God with hopes to grow an east valley brain treatment center on a ranch with animals.

We serve the community and the world—by showing up for people in their most vulnerable moments, by making healing accessible, and by pointing everything back to Jesus, where true restoration begins.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I, Kaleigh Rogers, LCSW, MPA, CCTP, am a nationally recognized trauma expert and the Founder and CEO of Shine His Light LLC. It all began with the WORD and prayer. I was shown Psalm 82:3-4 and knew this was my life verse at 14. Later on in 2009, I asked God what I was meant to do with my life. The answer was simple: Help people.

Since then I devoted my career to trauma healing, serving the individuals most often overlooked — survivors of abuse, high-risk youth, veterans, addiction recovery populations, and those facing deep emotional pain. With dual master’s degrees and more than 15 years on the frontlines of America’s mental health crisis, I served individuals across domestic violence shelters, residential treatment centers, addiction recovery programs, youth systems, and integrated healthcare environments.

I combine clinical expertise with deep spiritual conviction. Today I am building Shine His Light as Kingdom infrastructure — a ministry designed to expand trauma care, strengthen communities, and invite people into a deeper relationship with Jesus. Allying with God as He brings His Kingdom here on earth.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My favorite spots in the valley are actually on the outskirts. Hiking the Superstition Mountains, riding a horse at sunset, and sitting by the Salt River with a homemade packed lunch- you can’t beat it.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
This shoutout is dedicated to all of my friends and family who have believed in the vision God showed. And for all of the men and women participating in growing His Kingdom across the world.
