Meet Heather Ferrari | CEO and President The Women 360

We had the good fortune of connecting with Heather Ferrari and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Heather, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
The Women 360 creates social impact by empowering women through education, collaboration, business development, and authentic relationships. We believe that when women succeed, families, businesses, and communities thrive. Through our networking events, educational workshops, referral partnerships, and leadership development programs, we help women grow both personally and professionally.
Our commitment extends beyond business. We regularly spotlight nonprofits, encourage volunteerism, support community initiatives, and provide a platform for organizations making a difference in areas such as mental health, anti-trafficking efforts, family support, and community outreach. We are intentional about creating a sisterhood where no woman walks alone, fostering confidence, connection, and opportunity for women at every stage of life and business.
By helping women build sustainable businesses, meaningful relationships, and stronger communities, The Women 360 creates a ripple effect of positive change that reaches far beyond our membership.

What should our readers know about your business?
The Women 360 was built on a simple belief: women are stronger when they don’t walk alone.
What began as a small networking group has grown into a thriving sisterhood of women who are committed to helping one another succeed. While business development is certainly a major part of what we do, our true differentiator is that we focus on relationships before transactions. We believe referrals are the natural result of trust, and trust is built through genuine connection.
Today, The Women 360 offers networking events, educational masterclasses, virtual and in-person communities, business development opportunities, leadership development, nonprofit spotlights, coaching, and strategic referral partnerships. We have intentionally created spaces where women can be seen, heard, celebrated, and supported.
Growth requires risk, perseverance, and a willingness to keep moving forward even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed. There were challenges, setbacks, and moments when it would have been easier to stay comfortable. Instead, I chose to listen to the women around me, remain committed to the vision, and continue building a community that served women in a meaningful way.
One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is that collaboration is the new currency. Too often, women are taught to compete for limited opportunities when, in reality, there is room for all of us to succeed. When women share resources, introductions, knowledge, and encouragement, everyone benefits.
What I am most proud of is not the growth itself, but the impact behind the growth. I’ve watched women launch businesses, find clients, gain confidence, discover friendships, overcome personal challenges, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. I’ve seen partnerships formed, nonprofits supported, and countless women realize they belong in the room.
I want the world to know that The Women 360 is more than a networking organization. It is a movement rooted in connection, collaboration, education, service, and sisterhood. It is a place where women are committed to shining one another’s crowns, celebrating each other’s successes, and ensuring that no woman walks alone.
If our story proves anything, it’s that when women intentionally support women, extraordinary things happen.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting Gilbert, one of the first places I’d take her would be a The Women 360 event at Kiln Gilbert. There is no better way to experience the heart of our community than by meeting the incredible women who make up our sisterhood. The connections, collaboration, encouragement, and genuine support are unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. I’d certainly gift her one of our The Women 360 State Forty Eight t-shirts so she could take a little piece of Arizona and our sisterhood home with her.
From there, we’d explore Gilbert’s Heritage District, where the town’s agricultural roots are still honored amid a thriving collection of locally owned restaurants, shops, and gathering spaces. We’d enjoy a meal at one of the many incredible restaurants downtown, stroll through the area, and experience the energy that has made Gilbert one of Arizona’s most desirable communities. We’d spend time at The Epicenter at Agritopia, one of my favorite places to gather, connect, and enjoy great food. We’d visit the Riparian Preserve for a peaceful walk and a glimpse of Arizona’s natural beauty, and we’d likely catch one of Gilbert’s many community events, farmers markets, or local festivals that bring neighbors together throughout the year.
What I love most about Gilbert is that it has maintained its small-town heart while embracing growth and opportunity. As someone who serves on the board of For Our Town Gilbert, I have the privilege of seeing firsthand how much this community cares about its people. The people are welcoming, the businesses are thriving, and there is a genuine spirit of collaboration and service. Whether you’re attending a The Women 360 event, supporting a local business, enjoying the food scene, or simply sharing a conversation downtown, Gilbert has a way of making you feel like you belong.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Without hesitation, my shoutout goes to the incredible women of The Women 360 Sisterhood.
Every woman who walks through our doors brings something unique to the community. They show up for one another, celebrate each other’s victories, provide encouragement during challenges, make introductions, share referrals, offer expertise, and remind us that success doesn’t have to be a solo journey. The sisterhood has become far more than a networking organization; it is a community of women committed to helping one another grow personally, professionally, and purposefully.
I am continually inspired by the brilliance, generosity, resilience, wisdom, and heart of our members. The Women 360 exists because of these remarkable women who choose to invest in each other, shine each other’s crowns, and ensure that no woman walks alone.
Any success I have experienced through this journey is deeply connected to the sisters who have believed in the vision, supported one another, and helped transform The Women 360 into the thriving community it is today. This shoutout belongs to every woman who has ever pulled up a chair, shared her story, extended a hand, or offered encouragement. The sisterhood deserves the recognition because together, we are proving that when women support women, extraordinary things happen.
