Meet Kah Rosee | Model/Vixen/Poet/Designer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kah Rosee and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kah, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
I feel personally for the work I do. It is a blissful moment of confidence, everytime. I am a female of darker skin and heavier weight. Today’s society depicts modeling down to figure,size, and looks. Modeling is art. The moment one stands, bends, sits or poses, behind the photographer’s camera they become apart of the lenses canvas. Being captured behind a picture or visual is more than a mere pose.
My philosophy is that introducing fresh perspectives and new techniques, allow businesses to evolve and grow. My goal is to remain on the cutting-edge of evolution, in terms of relevance.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
The most important factor in the creation of this alter ego is definitely self. Without self this “project” wouldn’t concern me. Self has created a lot of new and healthy thought processes for what I have and have yet to create as a model in this media driven industry.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Myself, I know how it sounds but i’ve had many naysayers towards the work i’m setting forth.
I feel like the more i have came in touch with me as a person and a body, the more i have blossomed. I have persevered through many storms and have came out a better artist, model, and overall person.
However, I do remain humble on the note that i still do have a lot to learn.
Currently what makes me smile is the thought of progression. It is such a relieving feeling to know and feel like your not at a standstill, that the world is moving slowly everyday, but so are you.
