Hi Andrew, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was simple. My industry is talent acquisition and recruiting, when the COVID-19 pandemic first hit that was the first department to be let go. From there a thought occurred in my mind on how the dynamic of recruiters and companies can change. I began with toying with the idea of a dating app style business model for recruiting. Where businesses can work with us and use our services for as long as they need, but be able to place us on the back burner or on hold when their needs are fulfilled. This model has blown up with growth to the point where we had to have several additions to the team in order to keep up with the demand. It has become a safe place for recruiters to have constant work, as well as companies not worrying about being tied down and having overhead costs that can negatively affect them in the long run.

What should our readers know about your business?
We are Breeze Unlimited and we have introduced a new tool to recruiting and talent acquisition, that tool is The Breeze Performance Model! We have redefined the way we approach recruiting by conducting extensive research, surveys, market analysis and more. Our performance model includes a detailed overview of what recruiting and talent acquisition truly entails. We take it a step further then simply running an AI software to find the “best candidates”. Honestly my wife Caroline Aziz. I can proudly admit Breeze Unlimited LLC would not be here if it was not for her. She is the reason I had the courage to branch out and go on my own. She is also my rock and foundation. When things got rough and I questioned the decision, she supported me through it all and kept me level headed. Huge shout out to my amazing wife and my support!
