What habits do you feel helped you succeed?

We don’t believe success is random. Over the years we have spoken with hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs, artists, creatives, researchers, athletes, and more. We’ve learned from them – both through their stories and through the advice they’ve shared with us – and it’s quite evident that success is more likely when certain habits are present. So, we decided to ask folks to share their habits with us, especially those that they feel helped them succeed.

Growing up, I was always a people pleaser. I’ve also been the one to help, do as much as I can to be there for people and please those around me. As I’ve grown older, advanced in my career, and grown with the world around me, I’ve learned to set boundaries, especially around my time. What I focus on, who I share my love with, and how much I give to my work and side projects is determined by me. Knowing my limits and how to say “No more” has taken quite a bit of time to learn and get used too. But it has helped my mental health, and my relationships. Read more>>

I feel i have been able to succeed more so when I wake up early. Waking up between 5 and 6AM wake up allows me to get more work done. With waking up early also writing down my thoughts and goals for the day. Writing in a journal has helped me complete goals I set with writing them down, and also is therapeutic. Mental health is important to me and writing down my thoughts, feelings, and goals have helped me immensely. Read more>>

A few habits that have helped me are maintaining a positive, thankful and grateful attitude, writing down my goals, creating annual vison boards, not being afraid to ask questions, and being ok with stepping outside of my comfort zone. Read more>>
