We had the good fortune of connecting with Aaron and Kilia Holmstrom and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Aaron and Kilia, how do you define success?
Success for us would be having discipline when motivation fails, not giving up on what is important in your life and most importantly maintaining great relationships with family, friends, associates and clients.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Our goal was to help struggling engaged couples receive amazing memories within their budget. We are committed to providing quality work for an unbeatable value. Providing as many complimentary consultations needed before to answer all of your questions. We strive to meet every expectation and provide an amazing environment for your photography and videography needs. Kilia took photography courses in high school and college; Aaron’s grandfather was a photographer. We first met in October 2017, both of us were inspired by the idea of starting our own photography business. A few months later, Aaron popped the question. We tied the knot on June 1st, 2019, and we bought our own DSLR camera shortly after. In the summer of 2020, the two of us packed up and headed south to Las Vegas. We have had the opportunity to shoot many weddings, family reunions, engagements, proposals, commercials, real estate and several other unforgettable events.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We absolutely love the outdoors. Some of our favorite spots are Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, Apex Dunes and Lake Las Vegas. We love going to these two local Mexican restaurants called Ely’s and Coyote’s. There is also an amazing breakfast cafe called Babystacks (pancakes and chicken fried steak – YUM!) We love to do street photography on The Strip in front of The Bellagio fountains, Las Vegas is such a unique city to be able to photograph strangers with such ease

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
