We had the good fortune of connecting with DJ Biz International and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi DJ Biz, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I think taking risk are very necessary because the reward can be great.
My motto is scared money makes no money.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am honored to share my gift to the world by simply making people feel good.
I am different from my counterparts because I play not only what they play but what separates me is I also spin all genres of music in the like old and new.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to Sugar Jam The Southern Kitchen for Brunch, Chic Chef Cafe for a fine dining experience or Trapp Haus BBQ for some awesome Barbecue food.
Maybe we’ll hit the Art scene in Downtown Phoenix or one of the beautiful parks.
Take a drive to Los Angeles or Las Vegas.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are many people that paved the way for me, but I would like to thank DJ Kool Herc for bringing a culture to the world I’m happy to be part of, secondly all of the pioneers from my neighborhood (Queens Bridge) in the 70s and 80s I salute them to the utmost.
